While we try to be flexible and understanding with our cancellation policy, there are times when we are compelled to charge a fee.

Should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we charge an amount equal to 50% of your booked service or services.

No call / no show charges are billed at 100% of the scheduled services.

Due to the amount of time scheduled, smoothing Treatments require a deposit equal to 50% of the service which will be forfeited without a 72 hour notice.
